St. Mary's now offers the option to create a funeral pre-plan online!​

A funeral pre-plan is an excellent way to make advanced selections of the details for your own or your loved one's funeral service and to have a record of those selections kept on file at the St. Mary's Parish Office.

To create a funeral pre-plan, ​complete a funeral pre-plan form below, and upon submitting the completed form, a copy will be emailed immediately to the person who completed the form, with a copy also emailed to St. Mary's Parish Office, where it will be kept on file.
